At Last, Do wheather you want both the things are same. Whether you are doing BE or B tech both are called to be a engineers at last and jobs are also same.

In my opinion of you are good in physics and chemistry then you should be go with BE.
If you are not good in physics or chemistry and intrested computer and it's expects you should go with BTech.
